B Complex
It would be great if this product had the following:
Folate - methyltetrahydrofolate an active form of folate ( not folic acid which is synthetic).
B12 - Methylcobalamin an active form of B12 ( not Cyanocobalamin again the synthetic form of B12).

Happy Vitamin
Bye bad mood, changed to a happy person! I take 2x servings of b complex each morning and I lasted the day without having to drink any coffee. Energy booster too!
